The mid-cut RUSH 2 GTX hiking boots are designed for fast-paced mountain hikes and offer an excellent balance of agility, comfort and support, as well as an updated design. Comfort and cushioning are provided by IKS technology, which supports the body’s weight during activity. The cushioning system enhances stability, whilst the GORE-TEX® membrane guarantees waterproofing.
Features:
- Upper: Soft and comfortable material that also provides protection thanks to the reinforced, protective toe cap. The toe protection enhances stability whilst walking.
- Fastening system: A lightweight lace-up system that distributes pressure evenly. The upper can be easily tightened, helping to avoid pressure points.
- Inner lining: GORE-TEX Invisible Fit ensures the shoes are waterproof without compromising their flexibility or weight. The lightweight construction, which is directly integrated into the upper, is invisible, imperceptible and provides mesh-like comfort.
- Sole: The ‘Presa® HIK-03’ sole is designed and manufactured by ‘SCARPA’ using IKS (Interactive Kinetic System) technology, and features 7 shock-absorbing zones: 6 in the forefoot and 1 in the heel. These 7 zones provide excellent shock absorption and progressive weight distribution. Dual-density EVA midsoles absorb shocks.
