The RAPID XT MID GTX is a leather hiking boot with a mid-cut design, designed to protect the ankles and suitable for approach routes, trails and easy hiking trails. Every detail has been designed to ensure grip, comfort and protection: a TPU rand that wraps around the entire perimeter of the boot, and the new GORE-TEX ePE membrane, which delivers high technical performance with a low environmental impact. The sole is a Vibram® MegaGrip with grip zones in the forefoot and a reinforced heel, ensuring stability and grip. An innovative design, with a wide and ergonomic toe box, developed to conform to the shape of the foot.

Upper: Made from leather, with a minimalist design, featuring a TPU strip running around the entire perimeter of the shoe and a rubber toe cap. These features reinforce the upper and ensure high abrasion resistance. The overall construction design combines protection, comfort and lightness. The 3D Autofit sole is designed to provide optimal comfort, protection and comprehensive ankle support whilst walking.
Inner lining: The GORE-TEX ePE membrane offers outstanding performance and durability; it is waterproof and breathable. The PFAS-free finish, including a long-lasting DWR treatment, reflects Scarpa’s commitment to the responsible use of chemicals and to reducing its carbon footprint (in accordance with the Higg MSI).
Sole: The Agility XT Vibram MegaGrip combines a climbing zone at the toe with a reinforced, lugged heel. A 3D TPU insert on the inside provides stability and good grip when walking on trails. The 3.5 mm deep lugs on the sole provide a balance of sensitivity and durability, making these shoes ideal for all types of hiking.
