RIBELLE TRK GTX – these are versatile boots designed for via ferratas, long hikes and backpacking expeditions. Thanks to the dynamic and reliable sole construction, the gait is smooth and natural. Waterproofing is provided by the GORE-TEX membrane, whilst the construction technology ensures a comfortable fit combined with excellent support throughout the day.
Features:
Upper: Made from waterproof ‘Perwanger Nepal’ leather, synonymous with quality and durability. ‘Sock-Fit DV’ construction system, which wraps around the foot like a sock. The iconic, wraparound TPU strap, a hallmark of the ‘Ribelle’ range, provides protection and stability.
Lacing system: Extended lacing right up to the tips of the toes, inspired by the world of mountaineering, to allow for maximum customisation and a comfortable, snug fit. The laces are secured with metal eyelets.
Inner lining: The Gore-Tex ePTFE membrane ensures comfort, as well as waterproofing and long-lasting breathable protection. It easily wicks away sweat, keeping the foot dry and ensuring optimal comfort. GORE-TEX (PFC-free) product technology consists of an innovative membrane and carefully selected textile components. Rigorous testing and experience with specialised fabrics ensure long-lasting performance and a longer service life.
Sole: The ‘Roll Trk’ sole differs from the mountaineering model as it is designed for use on hikes and via ferratas. Whilst maintaining its dynamic performance, the sole is softer and is not intended for use exclusively with crampons, thereby enhancing lightness and walking comfort. The sole is made from a ‘Vibram® Tront’ compound, which ensures durability and grip.
