The RIBELLE CROSS GTX are comfortable mid-height boots that provide ankle support and protection. They are ideal for prolonged use and, thanks to the new GORE-TEX ePE membrane, offer high technical performance and a low environmental impact, as well as protection against the elements. The TPU sole replicates the design of the legendary RIBELLE model, and the sole itself is engineered with a support system that ensures a stable and cushioned stride, tackling any type of terrain.
Upper: Made from mesh and KPU polyurethane, designed to adapt to any foot shape. The upper fits well and comfortably, ensuring comfort during prolonged use. The upper is constructed using the EXO construction system. Side protection and a thermally welded mesh, together with the upper, form an exoskeleton that better protects, supports and stabilises the foot whilst running. A 3D ‘autofit’ ankle pad ensures comfort, protection and ankle stability whilst walking.
Lining: The Gore-Tex ePE membrane offers outstanding performance and durability, as well as waterproofing and breathability. The optimal balance between membrane strength and weight allows for the creation of exceptionally light and thin products without compromising on durability or high performance. The PFAS-free laminate, including a durable water-repellent (DWR) finish, demonstrates a commitment to responsible chemical management whilst reducing the carbon footprint (according to the Higg MSI).
Outsole: PRESA® TRN-05 – this outsole is designed for medium and long-distance hiking in the mountains, on trails of varying technical difficulty. An ergonomic fibreglass base that aids and supports fluid movement with every step. The pronounced lugs and their increased size make this sole durable and ensure a secure grip on any terrain, guaranteeing reliable traction.
