The Naturehike Snowbird SP550 is a warm and lightweight mummy-style sleeping bag designed for hiking, camping and adventures in cold weather. Its design offers a good warmth-to-weight ratio, whilst remaining compact for transport.
The sleeping bag is filled with 1000 g of 650FP duck down with an 85% down content, which provides effective thermal insulation. The C-shaped thermal construction in the upper body helps to increase down coverage and reduce heat loss.
The thick U-shaped hood with an adjustable drawstring fits snugly around the head and helps protect against cold air. The three-dimensional foot area provides more space for the feet and helps retain heat.
The down is distributed across separate channels, which helps to distribute the filling evenly and reduces the likelihood of it shifting. The sleeping bag is fitted with a YKK zip with anti-snag protection, Duraflex fittings and an additional Velcro fastening, which prevents the zip from opening accidentally whilst you sleep.
The outer fabric is 20D 450T nylon with a down-proof structure, whilst the inner fabric is 20D 420T nylon. The materials are lightweight, durable and highly breathable.
