The Naturehike Opalus UL 3 is a three-person, four-season tent designed primarily for camping, hiking, treks and expeditions. It is suitable for use all year round and ensures comfort in both warm and cold weather.
The tent features a double-layer construction, which helps to protect the interior from rain, wind and condensation. The outer flysheet is made from 15D nylon with a PU coating and a water resistance rating of 1,500 mm, whilst the floor is made from 20D nylon with a PU coating and a water resistance rating of 3,000 mm.
The inner tent is fitted with a 15D nylon B3 mesh, which ensures air circulation and protects against insects. In total, the tent has six ventilation windows – four in the outer tent and two in the inner tent – which help to reduce condensation.
The sleeping area, designed for three people, measures 210 × 130 cm, whilst the overall dimensions of the tent are 390 × 185 × 110 cm. The spacious vestibule provides space for rucksacks, footwear and other equipment, keeping the sleeping area clear.
The frame is made from Ø8.5 mm Yuksom aluminium alloy poles, which ensure stability and durability. The tent weighs 2.42 kg, whilst when packed away its dimensions are just 15 × 15 × 42 cm.
The set includes an outer flysheet, an inner tent, three poles, eight guy ropes, 19 aluminium pegs, a storage bag and a compression strap.
