Water- and snow-resistant, insulated footwear designed for high-altitude mountaineering in cold weather conditions, for ascents up to approximately 5 km in altitude, as indicated by the model’s name, ‘Montblanc’. The upper is made from 3 mm thick, moisture-resistant suede. Built-in snow protection. A double ‘tongue’ enhances comfort. The inner lining made from Goretex® provides excellent thermal insulation, waterproofing and breathability. Can be used with automatic, semi-automatic or universal crampons. Manufactured by Asolo, Italy. Universal fit – choose your size (it should be 2 sizes larger than your usual shoe size).

Insole:
ergonomic XT 20 nylon insert; reinforced insole made from glass fibre of varying densities and hardness, with an EVA coating – comfortable, durable and reduces the risk of friction. ACTIVimpact technology is used in the design of the insoles, which, during the manufacturing process, allows components with physical and chemical properties that minimise vibrations to be combined.
Upper:
A one-piece, water-repellent upper made from 3 mm ‘Perwanger’ suede and durable technical fabric PU Tek. Rubber protection around the entire perimeter of the shoe.
Fastening system:
Quick-release fastening system with plastic and metal components. Double fastening at the top. The fastening system’s design allows the fit to be adjusted in a single movement. At the top of the boot, the laces are attached to hooks to ensure they are pulled tight evenly.
Lining:
‘Gore-Tex Insulated Comfort’ waterproof membrane.
Sole:
Developed in collaboration with ‘Vibram’ and provides the necessary precision, lightness and comfort.
