Returns and the right to cancel
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, the buyer has the option to unilaterally withdraw from a purchase made at the online shop www.gohike.lv within 14 (fourteen) days and return the goods. This period begins on the day the buyer receives the goods.
If the item you have purchased does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you may return it or exchange it for a different size or model within 14 days of receipt. To do this, you need to complete the returns form included with your order and submit it along with the item — either by including it with your parcel when sending it to a parcel locker, or by emailing it to info@gohike.lv. You can send the item from any nearby parcel locker to our warehouse (9 Zvartavas Street, Riga), quoting the contact number +371 27313101. A refund will be issued once the item has been received and its condition checked.
