The Lycian Way is a route more than 510 kilometers long, running from Fethiye to Antalya.
The best time for trekking is definitely the end of April – beginning of May. The day is not yet hot, but the nights are no longer cold, the rains have most likely already stopped, and the water in the sea, although not summer, is already above twenty degrees, which means it is quite possible to swim. And what could be better than splashing in salt water at the end of a hard day?
Our hike along the Lycian Way with gohike.lv was an incredible adventure. We traversed spectacular landscapes and immersed ourselves in the rich culture of the region. We felt the spirit of history as we walked along ancient trails, exploring amazing places such as ancient cities, breathtaking beaches and mountain ranges. We enjoyed local culinary delights and immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of this unique region.
We highly recommend this trail for hiking enthusiasts.
