If you have chosen to receive your order in the Gohike shop, processing takes 2-7 working days. When your order is ready, you will receive an email or text message inviting you to pick it up.

You must show a valid form of identification and your order number to receive your order. If someone else will receive your order, please indicate that person instead of the recipient when placing your order. If the buyer is a legal person, a power of attorney must be presented. The order must be received in the shop within 3 calendar days, otherwise it will be cancelled and the goods returned to the warehouse.

Delivery of goods to parcel machines

If you have chosen delivery to Omniva or DPD, the goods will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

Important!
Omniva – delivery to a parcel machine is only possible if the goods do not exceed the dimensions (39 x 38 x 64 cm) and weight (up to 30 kg). Delivery fee – 3.99€.
DPD – delivery to a parcel machine is only possible if the goods do not exceed the dimensions (43 x 36 x 61 cm) and weight (up to 31.5 kg). Delivery fee – 3.99€.
FREE delivery for orders over 50€.
