The knife is made of tough and stainless steel 12C27 from Sandvik.
\nThe hardness of the alloy is approximately 61 HRC.
\n8,5 cm blade effectively cuts natural and synthetic ropes.
\nThe handle of the knife is made of polyamide filled with glass fibre.
\nThis guarantees high resistance to impact, water and extreme temperatures.
\nA whistle is built into the back of the handle and works in all weather conditions with a power of 110 decibels. The whistle has a range of 300 metres.
\nThe product is equipped with a Virobloc safety lock. 1955. Invented by Marcel Opinel in 2005.
