Return of goods and right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and to unilaterally withdraw from the online shop www.gohike.lv the purchase by returning the goods within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the buyer has received the product.
If the product is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return or exchange it for another size or model within 14 days from the date of receipt. To return or exchange an item, you must fill in the return form enclosed with your order and hand it in at Gohike, Martas iela 9, Rīga, LV-1011 or send it electronically to info@gohike.lv. You can also return the goods via Omniva parcel office in Riga, Brivibas iela 78a, by giving the phone number: +371 27313101 and enclosing the purchase receipt.
