Rules for processing the data of a natural person (Data Subject):

BT Noma, SIA (registered in the Register of Companies of the Republic of Latvia, reg.no.4010358928, registered office at Martas iela 9 – 1, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia) (hereinafter – “BT Noma”), is a Data Controller which complies with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation No 2016/679 of the European Union in Latvia.

This Privacy Policy sets out how BT Hire processes personal data when you use our services. This policy applies to all processing of personal data collected by BT Noma Ltd from websites, emails, contracts and other sources.

Purposes of data processing:
DATA is processed for the purpose of administering the relationship between the parties in relation to the services provided by the PUBLICITY, to issue and issue invoices, to ensure the reservation and payment of services, as well as the reservation of security measures, in order to realize the legitimate interests of the PUBLICITY, respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the natural person (data subject). If the COMPANY wishes/reasonably needs to process the DATA for other purposes, the consent of the natural person (data subject) to such processing will be requested in advance.

Access to and storage of DATA

DATA is recorded in service contracts. DATA is recorded in the SOCIETY’s accounting software and service administration software. DATA is protected against unauthorised access and its use is monitored in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. Access to the programs and therefore to the DATA is limited to those employees of the ASSOCIATION who need it for the performance of their duties and the proper provision of services. Access to the programmes is protected by secure passwords. DATA will not be transferred outside the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA) unless necessary for the technical protection of the data.

Disclosure of DATA

The AUTHORITY shall be entitled to release DATA to law enforcement authorities, tax administration and supervisory authorities on the basis of a lawful and motivated request by an authority or official.

DATA storage duration

The DATA will be stored for the duration of the service contract. Upon termination of the contract, the DATA will still be stored for a period of time necessary to comply with the regulatory requirements.

Rights of the data subject

Natural persons have the right to check the DATA related to themselves, which have been made available to the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, to request their correction, deletion or completion of incorrectly indicated data, to prohibit the use of their data for purposes unrelated to the provision of services by the PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION.
